SQ CC came in to bat first & were off to a dreadful start loosing 4 wickets inside the powerplay. M Farjad Yar Khan & Sabih Siddiqui then put up a sublime partnership of 100+ runs bringing their team back on track. Sabih Siddiqui looked like he was batting on a completely different track as rest of the batsmen were struggling to time the ball he was timing the ball cleanly. M Farjad Yar Khan played second fiddle to him as he scored 34 runs off 31 deliveries. Saad Usman came in towards the back end of the innings & he contributed with his 13 off 13 but Sabih Siddiqui did the bulk of the scoring as he played a fiery innings of 95 runs off just 62 deliveries taking his team to a strong total. Hazrat Zaman lead the bowling lineup as he tore apart the top order picking up 4 wickets. He found good support from Abid Malik who picked up a couple of wickets as well. SQ CC posted a total of 179 runs for the loss of 9 wickets.
Sky Hawks came in to chase this target & were off to a flyer. Their openers Kashif Khan & Usama Pasha put up a partnership of 50+ runs inside the powerplay giving their side a fiery start. Kashif Khan scored 36 off 24 where as Usama Pasha scored 43 off 32. Abdul Basit & Abid Malik also stood tall at the crease as the duo also had a partnership of 50+ runs. Abdul Basit managed to score 25 off 22 where as Abid Malik tried to up the anti as he scored 36 off 28. Despite the bowlers being unable to pickup wickets at regular intervals they still managed to stem the flow of runs which lead them to successfully defend this total. Anas Haroon lead the bowling lineup as he picked up a couple of wickets.
