Granito took on DMC Hawks at the MKCA on 16-11-2015 in what turned out to be an extremely one sided contest.
Granito elected to bat first and opener Bilal Ahmed stole the show from the very first ball. He timed the ball supremely to all ends of the ground scoring a delightful century. His 105 runs came fluently of just 61 balls at an unbelievable strike rate crossing 170 and included 11 boundaries and 5 mighty maximums. Saqib Bawa also started off brilliantly but was run out courtesy some excellent fielding. Howver, no damage was done to Granito as Anas Ahmed carried on from where his teammate left off. He supported Bilal Ahmed before coming to his own to smack the cherry all over the park. His contribution of 71 in just 30 balls included 6 fours and 5 sixes, taking Granito's score to 224 at the loss of 2 wickets.
In response, the DMC Hawks batting line up melted in front of the fanatstic Granito bowlers. The only main contribution came from Hassan Naeem in the lower order as he scored 30 to take the Hawks total to 120 all out. Amjad Bawa was the outstanding bolwer picking up 3 wickets while Yasir Amin picked up 2 important break throughs.
