Gulshan Becks opted to bat first on a batting friendly pitch. The opening pair of Kamran and Jibran thrashed the Askari bowling attack all over the park. Kamran scoring 68 of 37 balls and Jibran falling 3 runs short of his fifty which he made at a strike rate of 261. The middle order also chipped in which helped Gulshan posting a mammoth total of 226/3.
Askari had a poor start losing both their openers early until Sameer and Ali fifties put Askari back in the match, but it wasn't enough as Kamran broke the stand and Askari just couldn't survive the blows and folded for 176 in 19 overs losing by a big margin of 50 runs.
