Karachi Patriots met Karachi Panthers in ACM T20 League at New Navy.
Batting first Patriots managed to post 148/10 in 19.1 overs. Their top 4 batsmen were the main contributors scoring around 80+ runs. Israr was the pick of the bowlers picking up a 5 wicket haul getting rid of the lower middle order and the tail-enders restricting them to a modest 148.
In response Panthers opener Tabish reply was strong scoring a fiery 36 to give his team a good start. After his departure the top/middle order crumbled until the tail-enders stepped up to the task and contributed 60 odd runs. 2 runs were needed as Faisal Ghauri was run out in a bizarre mix-up with Umer and the match was tied on 148/10.
