Karachi Fighters met Bright Gymkhana in 14th Challengers at IBA.
Batting first Bright Gymkhana posted a modest total of 121 losing all their wickets in the process. Ashfaq started the proceedings by getting the wicket first ball and Sohail running himself out scoring 17 of 21. Afzal (22) and Danish (39) tried to stabilize the innings but after they departed no one stood against the opposition bowling. Ikhtyar was the pick of the bowlers who took 3 wickets.
Karachi Fighters opening stand was enough for them to chase the target in 14.1 overs for the loss of 4 wickets. Umer Razzaq scored 63 of 27 balls at a strike rate of 233 which helped them win the match by 6 wickets.
