3G Friends met Scorchers in Super Challengers Cup at Al-Mansoora.
3G Friends elected to bat first on a seamer friendly strip, openers started well Faizan (14) and Safdar (28). But after their departure only Irfan managed to score above 20 runs as wickets kept tumbling from the other end. Abdullah grasped three wickets which restricted 3G to a modest 145.
Scorchers top 3 gave them a good start of around 60+ runs but Zafar got rid of them one after another. Middle order failed to impress and Scorchers were in deep trouble 5 wickets down after a good start. Haseeb (23) tried to help his team cross over the line but they fell 12 runs short of the target.
