Nazeer Hussain Gymkhana batted first and started off rocky, losing opener Amin for just 7 runs. The team lost both their openers before Farukh Rizvi and Muhammad Ahsan Zafar completely turned things around for their side! Scoring 77 runs each, the duo were unstoppable, boosting their team to a massive total of 221 in 20 overs. F.C Sports bowlers were completely helpless against the batting attack and were only able to take 3 wickets in total.
F.C Sports were off to a solid start with an opening partnership of 41 runs. The team however lost wickets regularly after that before Humair stepped in to score a fiery 56 runs to give his team a fighting chance. The rest of the batsmen fell apart against an aggressive bowling attack and simply could not see their team over the line. Usman Ghani and Ashad lead from the front, taking 2 wickets each and stumping the opposition. F.C Sports were never able to fully recover and were eventually bowled out for 165 runs in 20 overs.
Nazeer Hussain Gymkhana won by a massive 56 runs.
