Haseen Habib batted first and stumbled early on, losing their opener Sardar for just 1 run. His partner M.Akram contributed a valuable 28 runs before Nadeem Rao completely stole the show with an absolutely incredible knock of 113 runs at a strike rate of 176. With an innings like that, the remaining batsmen contributed very little and helped post a huge total of 193 runs in 20 overs. C.A.A's bowlers were completely destroyed with only Irfan being their best pick, taking 2 wickets.
C.A.A needed an extraordinary innings from their batsmen to chase down the sizeable total. The team lost wickets very regularly, unable to get going or take control at any stage. Masood Ur Rehman was the most notable contributor for his side, scoring 31 runs. Haseen's bowlers were ready to strike with Nadeem Rao leading the attack, taking 3 wickets and was further assisted by Nadeem Mushtaq and Fawad Bari who took 2 wickets each to decimate the batting side. C.A.A were eventually bowled out for 103 runs in 20 overs.
