SHAN XI vs AMADEUS SUPER CRICKETERS

Shan XI faced Amadeus Super Cricketers in this thrilling match of the FC Challengers Cup. Shan XI had a shaky start, as they batted first and their first wicket fell sooner than their expectations. But Fahad Ali and Noman Ampara held the innings together with brilliant stroke play. Fahad Ali scored 47 runs off 39 balls while Noman managed to get 28 runs off just 16 deliveries. Later Kamran Ahmed contributed with 28 runs, putting his team in a decent position. Sajid Kath bagged 3 for 25 while one wicket apiece was taken by Zahid Akhtar, Syed Khurram Ali and Faizan Azam. At the end of 20 overs, Shan XI scored 161 runs for the loss of 7 wickets.
In response, Amadeus Super Cricketers had a decent start. Faizan Azam lost his wicket at the score of 15, and it seemed that this early wicket will halt the flow of runs for Amadeus Super Cricketers. But little did that affect the scoring rate of Amadeus as Adnan Moiz and Ibad Anis stood like a rock in front of the Shan XI bowling attack. Both of them were unfortunate as they could not reach their respective half centuries but this partnership had already put Amadeus Super Cricketers in the driving seat as Adnan scored 44 while Ibad Anis managed 40runs. Fahad Ali took 3 wickets for just 20 runs and was fairly supported by his fellow bowlers, but Ali Naqvi scored essential 24 runs in the concluding phase of the innings and assure victory for his team in the 19th over. Amadeus Super Cricketers won the match by 4 wickets.
