Gulshan Becks Vs SS Sports (20 Over Match)
Tanzeel Iqbal bowled a match winning spell to set up an easy victory for Gulshan Becks against SS Sports.
Gulshan Becks batted first and did not get the best start as they lost their first wicket quite early in the game. The early wicket pushed them to the back foot and others could not maintain a good rate as SS Sports applied pressure and did not let them score freely. Then came Waqas Khan and Kashif Rajput who smashed the bowlers all around the park and gave Gulshan Becks much needed momentum. Waqas Khan on his way to 34 smashed four humongous sixes whereas Kashif Rajput managed to score 30 at a strike rate of 125. This much needed partnership took Gulshan Becks to a very reasonable 155.
In their second innings SS Sports could not deliver as expected. As the lost wickets in a heap and did not gain any momentum to chase the target of 155. From the very beginning Gulshan Becks tightened their grip on the match as their bowlers, Tanzeel Iqbal in particular got on top. Tanzeel Iqbal picked up 4 crucial wickets only in his 2 overs. In the end SS Sports could only managed to score 137 and lost by 18 runs.
