Labaik Sports Cricket Team faced Shan XI in this one sided encounter of the 6th Campaigner Trophy. Labaik Sports batted first and were off to a decent start. Skipper Zohaib was the first one to leave the pitch with 16 runs against his name. Opening batsman Shazad and Junaid created a partnership which proved to be a prelude for better things. Shazad scored 33 runs off 25 balls while Junaid bagged 28 runs off 20 balls. Later it was Fahad who played extraordinarily well and made sure his team ends their innings on a high note. Consuming 28 deliveries, Fahad scored 40 runs with 2 fours and 3 sixes. Syed Ali and Athar Gayas took 2 wickets apiece. Labaik Sports Cricket Team finished with 173 runs for the loss of 6 wickets.
Shan XI needed a solid start in order to keep up with the required run rate. But unfortunately their start was not as special as they would have ideally wanted. Ali and Zain Ahmed opened the innings with scores of 11 and 22 respectively. It was Adeel Alam and Mehmood Ali who fought back and tried to put their team in a competitive position. Adeel Alam scored 26 runs while Mehmood Ali manaeged to get 37 runs off 30 balls. It was the job of the lower order to grab some quick runs and finish the game, but their performance did not match the expectations. Gohar took 3 wickets while 2 wicekts apiece were grabbed by Shazad and Imran. Shan XI scored only 122 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs. Labaik Sport Cricket Team won the match by 52 runs.
