Sequre XI v Mandviwalla Group
Sequre XI batted first losing opener Arshad early on in the innings. His partner Saram Bukhari however stole the show with an explosive 108 run innings that came at a strike rate of 251, including 13 boundaries and 6 maximums. The rest of the team threw away their wickets on the other end before Shah Qureshi stepped in to smash the bowlers all across the ground. With 4 sixes and 3 boundaries, his 42 run innings came at an unexplainable strike rate of 328. Mandviwalla's bowlers fought hard against the opposition, attempting to take wickets but unable to stop the flow of runs. Abdul Razak was the key bowler for his side, picking up 2 wickets. Sequre XI scored 218 runs in 19 overs.
Mandviwalla Group were not going down without a fight. Despite losing opener Abdul Razak for just 10 runs, his partner took over the reigns. Shakrukh partnered with Muzammil to score 78 and 62 runs respectively, trying hard to pull their team back in the game. Things seemed be going well for Mandviwalla batting line up before Shah Qureshi struck with a lethal spell of 4 wickets in 4 overs. Mandviwalla Group were simply unable to recover and were eventually limited to 194 runs.
Sequre XI won by 24 runs.
