Khas batted first and were off to a poor start losing quick wickets early on without much contribution from their top order. This put them in tense situation and they needed a big partnership to get back into the game, Hassan and Yasir as they managed to score 19 and 25 respectively and they were looking good but unfortunately for Khas they could not bat for long and were dismissed one after the other. The bowlers were outstanding for Perceptions they did not allow Khas to play freely and held tight lines, Naveed and Adnan were exceptional with the ball they both picked up 3 wickets each wher as Umer picked up 2, the only thing lacking in the bowling was the discipline as the bowlers gave away 26 extras. The innings was going nowhere for Khas but some contributions from the lower order gave some hope and respite to the score. In the end, Khas dragged their innings to a modest 137 in their 20 overs.
The match was on, target was a modest one and perceptions needed some good partnerships to get over the line and once Foz e Azeem and Adnan got together and batted for a while, Perceptions were looking like hot favorite to take the game. Foz e Azeem scored 35 of 26 whereas Adnan scored 20 of 18 balls, both batsmen were looking good but as soon as they were dismissed Khas roared back into the game, Touqeer Malik led the way with 4 wickets whereas Farhan picked up 2. It was an exceptional comeback from Khas, they kept there believe. In the end, they comfortably won by 22 runs.
