Hawks batted first against Bulls at the Khatri Super League 2nd Edition. The batting side however were outdone by a fantastic display of bowling by the Bulls unit. Sibghatullah Khatri shined in particular taking 3 for just 9 runs. Farrukh, Taqi and Shahzaib kept the pressure on with 2 wickets each as Hawks were restricted to a modest 126 for 9 in 20 overs. Muzammil Ghafoor was the lone fighter for his side with 45 runs while the rest of his team were unable to get going.
In response, Bulls came together in an all round impressive performance. Sibghatullah once again lead from the top with 33 runs. Zeeshan and Farrukh's 27 and 30 then sealed a comfortable victory in 13.4 overs. Hawks bowlers could not get the breakthroughs they so desperately needed.
Bulls won by 7 wickets.
