Brilliant Sami Ur Rahman was unstoppable for Mavericks Cricket Club against Jojis Sports!
Mavericks batted first against Jojis Sports with Sami Ur Rahman single handedly saving his side. The team were out of sorts, losing wickets in regular intervals as Jojis bowlers were in form and on fire! Waqar, Khawar and Abid took 2 wickets each and with 2 run outs to their side, Mavericks line up were dismissed for 166. Sami was the most impressive player for his side with 45 runs.
In response, Jojis Sports were completely outdone by the bowling unit. Sami ripped through the top order, picking up 4 key wickets to limit the opposition. Irfan Shah also took 2 wickets and Aurangzaib, Umar and Adnan also took a wicket each. Jojis batsmen were helpless with only Owais's 29 and Khawar's 26 giving their side any hope at all. Jojis were dismissed for 112 in 16 overs.
Mavericks won by 54 runs.
