Butt Brothers batted first against Aimmz Trading at the 20th Challengers Cup in a match that turned out to be a one sided affair. Despite Bilal Omer's 30 and Ameer Raza's 45 getting their team off to a decent start, the team were unable to build on the foundation set. One down Junaid tried to keep things stable with his 31 but the batting side were outdone by a fiery display of bowling by the Aimmz unit. Sheikh Hammad and Zain Khan lead the attack with 3 wickets each as Butt Brothers stumbled to post 163 for 6 in 20 overs.
In response, Aimmz Trading could do no wrong. After opener Muneeb was out for just 5 runs, Zain Khan and Afroz Hassan lead from the front to seal a very comfortable victory for their side. Zain smashed 62 not out, but Afroz really rose to the occasion with a sublime 103 off just 50 balls to leave the Butt Brothers bowlers completely helpless against the onslaught. Aimmz Trading chased down the target in 17 overs. Butt Brothers bowlers were unable to pick wickets when needed.
Aimmz Trading won by 7 wickets.
