Faheem Sports batted first against FC Sports with Taha and Razzak taking control. Taha smashed 63 while Razzak played a controlled 81 and remained not out throughout the innings. Ovais Badar and Zohaib Hassan then came into the attack with fiery spells of 3 for 39 and 2 for 25 that restricted the opposition. Hussain let loose with a quick fire 19 off just 7 balls as Faheem Sports eventually ended at an impressive 199 for 7 in 20 overs.
In response, F.C Sports lost opener Zaeem for just 10 runs. Farhan and Usman then took control to try and create some stability. The duo knocked 39 and 48 runs respectively before they were dismissed. The team then lost a flurry of quick wickets and with the exception of Wasif Mustafa's 22 run cameo, none of the other batsmen were able to score beyond single digits. Naseer ripped through the opposition taking 3 wickets while Qasim and Khurram took 2 wickets each. F.C Sports were dismissed for 189 runs.
