Ground Hawks Cricket Club played against SC Warriors at Asghar Ali Shah stadium. Hawks batted first and continuously lost wickets at regular intervals. Only Furqan with 27, Ali with 14 and Noman Butt with 15 got reasonable scores as the whole team only managed to reach105 for 8 in 20 overs. For Warriors, their bowlers were in fine form as they took regular wickets and bowled some good line and length notably Shani who starred picking up 4 wickets for just 8 runs while Ehtesham took 2 wickets and Bilawal got 1 wicket.
In reply, Waleed was in fine form with a sublime 65 off just 42 balls on a difficult pitch while the other batsmen struggled as Umar was out for 1, Uzair for 3 and Bilawal for a duck. However, Shahid with 11 and syed Khuram with 19 ensured that Warriors did not buckle under pressure and crossed the finish line with more than 5 overs to spare and for the loss of 5 wickets. For Hawks, Furqan took 3 wickets and Shahzaib and Abdul Lateef picked up a wicket each.
