Cric Wolves batted first against Aimmz Trading at the 21st Challengers Cup and lost their opener Hamza Altaf for duck. The team continued to struggle after that as Aimmz bowlers attacked to pick up wickets regularly. Opener Anas Ahmed knocked 19 runs while Fahad Jabbar also contributed 14 runs but were unable to take their partnership any further. Muhammad Muavia was the most notable contributor for his side with 34 runs as the team rest of the team collapsed. Sheikh Rafay was outstanding in his spell, picking up 3 wickets for just 8 runs. Waseem Ali kept the pressure on with his 2 wickets and Hammad also picked up a couple. Cric Wolves were dismissed for a low 104 in 17.4 overs.
In response, Aimmz Trading were off to a rocky start in the chase, losing their top order cheaply. With a low total to chase however, Zain Khan's 31 and Abdur Rehman's fiery 48 not out helped Aimmz Trading to a comfortable victory in their opening match of the tournament. Najeeb Ur Rehman picked up 2 wickets to try and contain the opposition but the total was too low to defend. Aimmz Trading chased down the target in 14 overs.
