City Warriors batted first against Dehli Forum CC at the 12th Super Challengers Final. City Warriors were off to a decent start with Sufyan and Waseem posting runs on the board with knocks of 38 and 33 runs respectively. The team however struggled to capitalize any further, losing wickets frequently before gaining any real momentum. Farrukh was the key wicket taker for his side with 3 scalps while Anus, Faisal and Abdullah chipped in with a wicket each to restrict City Warriors to a low 124 for 6 in 17 overs.
In response, Dehli Forum made quick work of the chase with both openers striking hard. Abdur Rehman scored 41 runs while Asif was the star for his side with a match winning 57 runs. Eventually, minor cameos by the subsequent batsmen helped Dehli Forum to comfortably get over the line in just 15 overs. Warriors bowlers could not exert any pressure, unable to pick wickets when needed. Fawad took 2 wickets for his side but it was too little, too late.
Dehli Forum CC won by 6 wickets and are champions of the 12th Super Challengers Cup.
