Cric Wolves absolutely dominated in the final of the 22nd Challengers Cup, beating Benitoz Panthers by 9 wickets.
Benitoz Panthers struggled to make runs and the wickets fell one after another. Hamza Qadir managed to make 14 from 22 and the highest collection of runs was the 16 extra runs that they got. They made 72 runs before being all out. Cric Wolves bowlers were on fire with Naveed Ahmed, Adeel, Mirza Shoaib and Sumair Ali taking 2 wickets each while Fazal Ur Rehman and Uzair Akber picking up a wicket each.
Anas Ahmed and Umar Riaz took the Cric Wolves to victory in just 8.4 overs. The former made 47 from 31 and the latter 27 from 19. Hamza Ali Khan took one wicket for Benitoz, in what was otherwise quite a poor performance from their end.
Cric Wolves won by 9 wickets and were crowned champions!
