Sheikhani Stars defeated Winsome CC at the Asifabad Ground this week, by 65 runs.
After a slow start, the Sheikhani Stars came back with a bang as Fayyaz Hussain Warsi made 44 from 38. With the help of 24 extra runs, they were able to make 137 before being all out. Faizan took an impressive three wickets while Behzad Arshad and Gul Sher took two. Syed Khuwaja Hashiruddin and Bilal and Asad took one wicket each.
Winsome was made short work of in spite of an opening 43 from 39 by Ahmer Shaikh. They were all out after making 72 runs in 15.3 overs. Muhammad Salman Sheikhani bowled beautifully and amassed four wickets, Fayyaz Hussain Warsi took three and Aftab Siyani and Haris Kamdar took one each.
