In what was a highly competitive match, SI Global lost to Factdate by 37 runs at the SRE Majeed Ground, last week.
Factdate was on fire in the first innings making 230 from 20 overs for the loss of four wickets. Atif Ahmed smashed 58 from just 23 balls followed by an equally impressive 49 from 29 by Faisal Waqar. After a slight hiccup, Ahsan Shakoor came out and blasted 41 from 32 and then Akbar Sadozai made 39 from 23. Imran Ullah Shaikh took two wickets while Mazhar Hussain took one.
SI Global lost their openers for zero but came back in a major way with 69 from 38 by Waqar Zubair. There were some feeble attempts to mount a chase by Umair Usman, 22 from 19, and 29 from 14 by Shabbir Hussain. Despite 2w extra runs, they still fell short. Tariq Yousuf took five wickets while Shoaib Khan and Ahsan Shakoor took two wickets each.
