The Dolphins CC managed to beat ZMCC by 26 runs at the CAA Ground last week.
Dolphins CC was up to bat first and opener Luqman Zada started swinging right from the start making 36 from 33. Usama Butt followed with his own 35 from 31 in the lower order to give the team a total of 131 in 20 overs for the loss of seven wickets. Wajid and Aziz Shahid took two wickets each while Shahbaz Kiyani, Saad Dawood and Asghar Khan took one each.
ZMCC despite their best efforts were not able to chase the target. Even a last ditch effort from Wajid who made 27 from 14 was not enough. Usama Butt lead the charge by taking three wickets, Nadir Shah took two and Sayyam Afridi, Fauz Ul Hasan, Rehman Ghani and Arif Chakarzai took one each.
