Dolphins CC narrowly beat out the Butt Brothers, by nine runs at the Naya Nazimabad Ground last week.
Dolphins CC put on an impressive showing as opener Rehan Tanoli made 19 from 19. Fauz Ul Hassan blasted 55 from 36 to help push the total to 124 runs. Tariq Khan took three wickets while Ahmed Hussain took two and Saqib Khan, Asad Butt and Masoom Ali took one each.
Butt Brothers struggled initially but 43 from 45 by Rabish Ahmed put them back in the game. Unfortunately, the rest of the batting order failed to follow through and they just missed the target by nine runs. Umer Khan took four massive wickets while Rehman Ghani, Nadir Shah, Rehan Tanoli and Mohib Ahsan took one wicket each.
