Superior CC and Rising Stars CC tied their match at the CAA Ground this week.
Superior CC came to bat first and after a slow start, Adnan Akhtar came on the pitch and put on a show. He made 60 runs from 35 balls and helped push the total to 143 in 18.2 overs. Zeeshan Fattani and Muhammad Ikram took three massive wickets each while Danish Fattani and Rana Ejaz took two each.
The Rising Stars, slowly but surely chased down the target in 20 overs for the loss of eight wickets. Muhammad Faizan Bari made 24 from 26, Haris Farooq made 22 from 24 and Muhammad Ikram made 34 from 12. Adnan Akhtar and Muhammad Tayyab took two wickets each while Zeeshan Nasir, Kashif Shaikh and Shaikh Abdul Qayyum took one.
