Dolphins CC batted first against Arsalan Iqbal CC at the Karachi Masters League with the side never really taking off throughout the innings. Rehan Tanoli's 24, Fauz Ul Hasan's 30, Azhar Khan's 26 and Mohib Ahsan's 25 kept the scoreboard ticking early on but the team struggled to capitalize any further. Arsalan's bowlers struck regularly, never letting the game get away from them. Zafar Ali picked up 4 wickets in his spell while the rest of the unit chipped in to pick up a wicket each as Dolphins CC ended at 144 for 9 in 20 overs.
In response, Arsalan Iqbal CC lost opener Adnan Siddiqui for 3 runs but that didn't stop the team from a comfortable victory. Shafaqat Ali's 49 and Sheikh Fahad's 58 made quick work of the opposition, chasing down the target in 19.1 overs. Dolphins bowlers were relatively ineffective.
