City Hawks Dominate Dirty Dozen

City Hawks batted first against Dirty Dozen and put up a solid total. After losing opener Gulraiz for just 8 runs, the batting side bounced back with the help of Yaseen's impressive 61 off 45 which included 7 fours and 2 sixes. Khuzaima and M Umer helped things going with 27 and 38 runs respectively as Hawks ended at 177 for 6 in 20 overs. Dozen's bowlers struggled to pick wickets effectively, giving away too many runs. Abid Aslam and Mir Afzal Baig took 2 wickets each.

In response, Dirty Dozen got off to a decent start but simply could not accelerate any further. Mustafa Malik and Taimoor Butt tried to stay in the game with knocks of 34 and 37 but could not capitalize any further. Abid Aslam also chipped in with 22 but it simply wasn't enough, the side needed a solid partnership to get over the line. Hawks bowlers did well to pick wickets consistently and limit the opposition. Dirty Dozen managed 148 for 5 in 20 overs.

City Hawks won by 29 runs.
