Karachi Riders batted first against Baldia Kings at an important final. Opener Farhan was the top scorer for his side with 50 off 32 while Sheraz scored 41 off 27 including 6 fours to help Riders reach a competitive 185 for 6 in 20 overs. The team had a start stop innings with minor cameos and a few quick wickets. Kings bowlers gave a way plenty but were able to pick up a few wickets with Muneer, Noman and Zubair taking 2 wickets each.
In response, Baldia Kings were never really in the game. With their top 3 batsmen dismissed for single digits, the pressure of a final chase proved to be too much for their line up. Akmal contributed 28 while Altaf scored 25 but Baldia Kings were restricted to 115 for 9 in 20 overs. Riders bowlers were on fire, picking up wickets consistently, giving little room to score. Farhan was the key wicket taker for his side with 3 while Ehtram picked up a couple.
Karachi Riders won by 70 runs.
