Butt Brothers batted first against NN Strikers and looked like they were in trouble with 2 batsmen out for duck followed by a third dismissal for 1 run. Farhan Sadiq and Masoom Ali however stepped up to save their side with fantastic knocks of 60 and 76 runs respectively to steer the momentum back in their favour. Butt Brothers posted a competitive 172 in 20 overs. NN Strikers could not break the partnership after the initial wickets. Zohab Ali Khan took 3 wickets for his side.
In response, with the exceptional of Muhammad Rizvi's valiant 52, NN Strikers were never really in the game, being skittled out for just 102 in 18.1 overs. Butt Brothers bowlers Tariq Khan and Khursheed Kaka ripped through the opposition with 3 wickets each while Khair Ullah took a couple.
