Strikers closed out 2019 with a dominant win over the NN Strikers, beating them by eight wickets.
NN Strikers were stopped for just 104 runs in 20 overs. Where the rest of the batting order failed to deliver, Chand Ahmed was the star of the innings with 39 from 27 not out. Nadeem Akhtar took two wickets while Zafar Shah, Faisal Shah, Adnan and Waqas Vakil took one.
Strikers made quick work of the target, chasing it in just 14.1 overs for the loss of just two wickets. Mir Fahad made 26 from 31, while Waqas Vakil smashed 62 from 47. Tariq Bakht and Talha Shaheer took one wicket each.
