Arham CC batted first against Diamond Homes at the last league match of the NAC Cup (A partnership of KheloKricket and SportsFever360). The team however fell apart after both openers were dismissed for duck and were never really able to fully recover after that. Kashif Ali played a valuable knock of 30 while Ghori Ghazi's 20 and Talha Ehsan's 25 boosted Arham CC to 126 in 19.3 overs. Diamond bowlers did well to pick wickets and bowl out the opposition for a modest total in the game. Aman Burney played a very crucial spell of 1 for 15 in 4, choking the opposition while Yousuf Halari and Jawad Ali took 3 and 2 wickets respectively.
In response, with a low total to chase, Diamond Homes stumbled their way to the finish line. The team continued to lose wickets throughout but 20 by Ahmed Hussain, 34 by Yousuf Halari and 24 by Waseem had their side chase down the target in 19.5 overs. Credit must be given to Arham CC bowlers who fought very hard to try and defend the total with Nehal Rasheed and Ali Umer taking 3 wickets each.
Diamond Homes won the match by 2 wickets and are through to the semi final which they will play against Al Jannat Fast Foods.
