Al Zohaib Caracrete batted first against Bilal Fighters at the all important final of the Shaikhani Premier League- Season 4.
Al Zohaib scored 151 for 7 in 20 overs but were unable to really get going at any stage. A few decent innings and cameos but no real partnerships restricted the side from a mammoth total. Azam Khushi's 30, Rana Ejaz with 37 and Idrees Amin's 27 were the most notable innings for the batting side as Bilal Fighters bowlers did well to keep the opposition in check. Abdul Waseem was the key wicket taker with 3 scalps.
The 2nd innings was a complete one sided affair as Bilal's batsmen simply dominated the bowlers. Arif Yaqoob kicked things off with a fiery 49 and was unfortunate to not reach his half century. Asif Izhar's 57 not out and Ali Iqbal's 31 had Bilal Fighters cruise to victory in 19.1 overs. Al Zohaib bowlers were weak, unable to pick wickets and eventually succumbed to the pressure of a final.
Bilal Fighters won by 8 wickets and are champions of SPL Season 4.
