The NAC Cup Final turned out to be a treat for Aimmz Trading as they dominated over Diamond Homes in both innings.
Diamond Homes secured the chance to bat first in the final. The batting display did not go according to plan as the top order struggled to post any runs on the board. Only one man in the top four broke into the double figures and was dismissed right after. Muhammad Yousuf Halari and Arsal Ali tried to get their team back on track but the gains were too slow to significantly bother the Aimmz Trading bowlers. The duo of Saqib Khan and Umer Khan collectively knocked over 5 pivotal wickets, rocking the opponents and testing their resolve in the most important clash of the tournament. Ultimately, the bowlers came out on top, allowing Diamond Homes to secure just 120 runs at a loss of 9 wickets.
With the pressure of a final looming, Diamond Homes bowlers expected to make a competitive game out of the second innings. Aimmz Trading openers came out with other intentions, however. Adeel Khan and Zain Khan absolutely demolished the opposition in an authoritative manner. Adeel scored 68 runs from 23 balls at a staggering strike rate of nearly 300. Alongside, striking at around 260, Zain Khan contributed with 49 from 19 balls. Diamond Homes threw a different bowler at the batsmen in every over but the batsmen took apart every single one. The second innings was done and dusted inside 7 overs, as Aimmz Trading took home the final honors.
Aimmz Trading won the match by 9 wickets and lifted the NAC Cup.
