The final show of the SS Enterpriser 27th Challengers Corporate Cup involved a clinical clash between Creative Chaos and Eat Mubarak.
Creative Chaos batted first in this all-important match. They lost Muhammad Furqan early on, but Ali Naqi stood his ground to score an incredible 94 off 50 balls. His power-hitting featured 8 fours and 6 sixes as he fell just six short of a century. Mamoon Imtiaz and Shahzaib Ahmed kept picking up wickets alongside to ensure that no other batsman got going. Naqi's batting display was not well-supported down the order as batsmen kept giving away their wickets. A flurry of run-outs towards the end wrapped up the innings with 157 on the board.
Eat Mubarak responded well in the second innings. Ismail Shah got the team off to a quick start, scoring a classy 47 runs off 22 deliveries. His performance was partnered with Irteza Khan's 42 off 20 balls. This put Eat Mubarak well on track to chase down the target. Hamza Qadir picked up 2 wickets for 21 runs, but the lower middle order's impressive striking got Eat Mubarak over the line with two overs to spare.
Eat Mubarak decidedly won the match by 6 wickets, sealing the tournament title alongside.
