Rajby and Gladiators went head-to-head against each other at the DCCL Season 3.

Muneeb Javaid and Abdul Majeed opened the innings for Rajby. The dynamic duo smashed 97 runs collectively to set the momentum for their side. However, both the batters lost their wicket on Shahrukh Mohsin’s ball. Mustafa Moosa, the one-down batter, then stepped up with an impressive half-century off just 28 balls. His innings included 5 sixes. Sohaib Nasir and Shahrukh Mohsin took 2 wickets each for their side. The batters were ferocious and posted a total of 185 runs at an of 9.97 runs per over.

Shahrukh Mohsin and Saad Abdullah opened the innings for Gladiators. However, both the batters lost wickets on 2 and 5 runs respectively. The batters fell to the bowlers’ tactics, as Abdullah Sohail bagged 3 wickets. In addition to this, Mustafa Moosa  also took 2 wickets as Gladiators were in complete shambles. Ali Arif, the lower-order batter tried to fight back with a valuable 37 runs, however, his contribution was not enough to drive Gladiators to a win.

As a result, Rajby secured the victory by 62 runs.
