Tiger Sports batted first against Quality Punch Star at the all important final of the Rehman Cricket League but were bundled out for a low 123. With the exception of Adil Umer’s valuable 36 at the top, the team were unable to keep their wickets intact and continued to fall apart throughout the innings. Quality bowlers put up a fine performance with Farhad, Jaseem, Wajid and Farhan each taking 2 wickets each, giving little away in their spells.
In response, Quality Punch Star made quick work of the total with their openers comfortably chasing it down. Farhad lead the charge with his 75 off 42 while Aijaz kept his company with his 51. Tiger bowlers were out of sorts, unable to pick wickets or cause any damage. Quality Punch Sports chased down the target in just 12.3 overs.
Quality Punch Star won by 10 wickets and were crowned champions.
