Jubilee Life Insurance came in to bat first & were given a flying start by their openers. Ibad Anis played a fiery innings of 40 runs off just 29 deliveries & Muhammad Hafeez scored 24 runs. The bowlers then managed to pick up a few wickets in between but Zohaib Rizwan & Raghib Moin came in towards the back end of the innings & completely dismissed the bowling lineup. Zohaib scored 34 & Raghib smashed a 18 ball 29. Yahya Javed picked up 2 wickets. Jubilee Life Insurance posted a total of 170 runs for the loss of 5 wickets.
UBL Insurers came in to chase this target & were off too a decent start. Despite loosing a wicket early Pervaiz Ali scored 35 runs & Kamran Wali smashed a 19 ball 44 keeping the scoring rate high. Areeb Salman came in next & managed to score 38 runs. UBL Insurers looked comfortable but then lost their footings mid way of the chase loosing wickets at quick successions. The bowlers completely dried up the scoring rate. Farhan Khan lead the bowling lineup picking up 3 wickets keeping the batsmen in check.
