Jaffer Business System came in to bat first. They never seemed to find their footings from the word go loosing wickets early on. The bowlers dominated through out the innings by picking up wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. The batsmen had no answer to the lethal bowling attack as wickets kept on tumbling. Shayan Abdali was the highest scorer with 18 runs. Abdul Moeed was unplayable as he ripped through the batting lineup picking up 4 wickets. He found good support from Naeem Akhtar & Waseem Ali who picked up 3 & 2 wickets respectively. Jaffer Business System were bowled out for 80 runs in 15.5 overs.
Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan came in to chase this target & were off to a shaky start loosing 2 wickets early on. Meesum & Ghulam Qadir steadied the ship scoring at a quick rate. Meesum looked promising until he was dismissed for 29 runs. Ghulam Qadir stayed their till the end scoring 17 runs taking his team over the line. Rizwan Qureshi picked up a couple of wickets but it was too little too late.
