Karachi Diamond came in to bat first & were off to a shaky start loosing 3 wickets inside the powerplay. Bilal Usman & Jibran Basini then put up a decent partnership with Bilal Usman scoring 26 runs off 17 deliveries & Jibran Basini scoring 20 off 29. Razaa came in & tried to up the anti but couldn’t make such an impact because the bowlers kept on picking up wickets at regular intervals from the other end. Razaa managed to score a fiery 47 off 32 deliveries. Muhammad Bilal lead the bowling lineup picking up 3 wickets. He found good support from Adnan Raja & Arsalan Khan who picked up a couple of wickets each. Karachi Diamond posted a total of 148 runs for the loss of 8 wickets.
PSMJ Tigers came in to chase this target & were off to a similar start loosing 3 wickets inside the powerplay but they were scoring at a healthy rate. Haris Rafiq managed to score 28 runs off 25 deliveries. Arsalan Khan anchored the innings playing an unbeaten knock of 44 runs off 38 deliveries. Ghaffar contributed with his 20 & Huzaifa Aibani chipped in with his 15. The bolwers were able to pickup wickets at regular intervals but were unable to stem the flow of runs. Jalees Basini & Javaid Basini managed to pickup a couple of wickets each but it was too little too late.
