Filter Expert CC came in to bat first & were off to a decent start. They lost only 1 wicket inside the powerplay & were scoring at a healthy rate. Mubashir Nawaz & Haroon Arshad put up some sort of a partnership as Mubashir Nawaz scored 14 runs off 15 deliveries & Haroon Arshad scored 10 runs off 14 deliveries. Khanshah came in & upped the anti. He started scoring freely towards all parts of the ground. The bowlers were also able to pickup wickets regularly from the other end. Yaqoob Jan & Khanshah then put up a brilliant partnership towards the back end of the innings. Khanshah played a fiery innings of 42 runs off just 27 deliveries. Yaqoob Jan played second fiddle to him as he scored 21 runs off 19 deliveries. Ahsan Islam lead the bowling attack as he picked up 3 wickets. He found good support from Khalid Khan who picked up a couple of wickets. Filter Expert CC posted a total of 118 runs for the loss of 7 wickets.
A.R Soorti Cattle Farm came in to chase this target & were off to a dreadful start loosing 4 wickets inside the powerplay. The bowlers were dominant & were bowling at tight line & lengths. The batsmen were unable to read the bowlers as wickets kept on tumbling in clusters. The bowlers kept on picking up wickets at quick successions not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Sikandar Hasan was the only batsman who showed some sort of fight back. Sikandar Hasan played a fighting knock of 51 runs off 47 deliveries but it wasn’t enough as he ran out of partners from the other end. Yaqoob Jan & Luqman Salar lead the bowling attack as they picked up a couple of wickets each. A.R Surti Cattle Farm were bowled out for 106 runs in 15.3 overs.
