Burj Builders & Developers came in to bat first & were off to a flying start. Their openers came in fine form & made full use of their form. Bilal Aslam & Abdullah Imran put up a partnership of 50+ runs giving their team a fiery start. Bilal Aslam scored a brisk 48 off 30 where as Abdullah Imran played a sublime knock of 61 runs off just 27 deliveries. Saad Faisal came in & he contributed with his 24 off 19. The rest of the batting lineup couldn’t do much as the bowlers kept on picking up wickets at regular intervals. Batsmen got their starts but were unable to convert them into a big innings. MUHAMMAD BILAL & Saad Asif lead the bowling attack picking up a couple of wickets each. Burj Builders & Developers posted a total of 198 runs for the loss of 9 wickets.
MF Roomi Strikers came in to chase this target & were off to a shaky start. Despite loosing 2 wickets early on they were scoring at a healthy rate. Mubeen Ali & Muzammil Bantva put up a fiery partnership putting their team in a strong position. Muzammil Bantva departed after playing a cameo of 38 runs off just 19 deliveries. Saad Asif came in & played with the same intent as he took smashed the ball from the word go. Mubeen Ali departed after scoring a brisk 44 off 29. Saad Asif joined him soon as he played a fiery innings of 44 runs off 28. The bowlers then managed to pull themselves back into the game as they started to pick up wickets at regular intervals at the death. MUHAMMAD BILAL came in towards the back end of the innings & completely turned the tide as he played a cameo of 23 runs off 14 deliveries taking his team over the line on the final ball of the match. Moin Kodvavi & Salman Hussain managed to pick up a couple of wickets each.
