ACE CC came in to bat first & were off to a shaky start. Despite loosing a wicket early on they were scoring at a healthy rate. Hashir & Ahsan Admani put up some sort of a partnership before Ahsan Admani departed after scoring 16 runs off 18 deliveries. Abdul Rafay came in & he played with the same intent as he scored 19 runs off 16 deliveries. Once he was dismissed the bowlers started to pick up wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Hashir stood tall from one end picking up odd boundaries but he was running out of partners as wickets kept on tumbling from the other end. The rest of the batting lineup struggled to spend time at the crease. Hashir departed after playing a sublime knock of 57 runs off 52 deliveries. Muhammad Hassan managed to pickup a couple of wickets. Ace CC posted a total of 148 runs for the loss of 8 wickets.
AA Associates came in to chase this target & were off to a similar start. They too lost a wicket early on but were scoring at a healthy rate. Ahad Hussain & Amaan Naveed put up a decent partnership with Amaan Naveed scoring 22 off 16 & Ahad Hussain playing a fiery innings of 34 runs off 21 deliveries. Fahad Hussain came in & he scored with the same intent. The bowlers then managed to make their way back into the match picking up wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Despite the bowlers picking up wickets at regular intervals they were unable to stem the flow of runs as Fahad Hussain stood tall from one end. He played a solid knock of 32 runs off 29 deliveries taking his team over the line. Usman Ladha lead the bowling attack picking up 3 wickets. He found good support from Muhammad Asad Shahid & Hasan Raza who picked up a couple of wickets each but it wasn’t enough to seal the deal for their team.
