KPSIAJ FSC came in to bat first & were off to a shaky start. Despite loosing a couple of wickets early on they were scoring at a healthy rate. Shehroz Walji & Hasnain Abbas put up a decent partnership at the top. Shehroz Walji scored 27 runs off 19 deliveries where as Hasnain Abbas scored 30 off 25. Ali Mesam came in & he played a solid knock of 24 runs off 20 deliveries. The rest of the batting lineup couldn’t do much as the bowlers managed to pickup wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Asif Ghouri lead the bowling attack picking up 3 wickets. He found good support from Tahir Raza & Tariq Murad who picked up a couple of wickets each. KPSIAJ FSC posted a total of 144 runs for the loss of 9 wickets.
Faysal Bank came in to chase this target & were off to a shaky start. Despite loosing a wicket early on they were scoring at a healthy rate. Tariq Murad & Azeem Shamsi put up some sort of a partnership at the top. Tariq Murad departed after scoring 17 runs off 8 deliveries. Imran Shaikh came in & he played a solid knock of 21 runs off 23 deliveries. Azeem Shamsi departed after scoring run a ball 15 runs. The bowlers then made their comeback picking up wickets at quick successions not allowing the batsmen to settle in. The rest of the batting lineup completely collapsed as the bowlers then dominated through out the innings. Ali Mesam, Sagheer Abbas & Imran Sajjad picked up a couple of wickets each. Faysal Bank were bowled out for 81 runs in 15.1 overs.
