AZ Warriors came in to bat first & were off to a shaky start. Despite loosing a couple of wickets inside the powerplay they were scoring at a healthy rate. Ahmed Asif & Suleman Saleem managed to put up a decent partnersip before Suleman Saleem departed after scoring 16 runs off 15 deliveries. Noyam Nasir came in & he played with the same intent. He too scored at a healthy rate scoring boundaries at regular intervals. Ahmed Asif departed after playing a sublime knock of 62 runs off 41 deliveries. Noyam Nasir followed him soon as he played a solid knock of 40 runs off 31 deliveries. The rest of the batting lineup completely collapsed as the bowlers kept on picking up wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. The lower order completely collapsed as Imran Idrees lead the bowling attack. He was unplayable as he single handedly tore apart the batting lineup picking up 4 wickets. He found good support from Sameer Javed who managed to pickup a couple of wickets. AZ Warriors posted a total of 157 runs for the loss of 9 wickets.
MF Roomi Strikers came in to chase this target & were off to a shaky start. Despite loosing a wicket inside the powerplay they were scoring at a healthy rate. Muzammil Bantva played a solid knock of 30 runs off 27 deliveries where as Sumail Aziz scored 16 runs off 20 deliveries. Owais Rehmani came in & he scored 32 runs off 26 deliveries. Saad Faisal took the attack towards the bowlers as he upped the anti brining his team back in the game. He played a fiery innings of 40 runs off 21 deliveries. Muzammil Mehboob came in & he scored 18 runs off 10 deliveries. Once he was dismissed the bowlers made their way back into the match picking up wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. The bowlers bowled at tight line & lengths not allowing the batsmen to score easily. Abdul Rafay picked up 3 wickets. He found good support from Taha Arsalan who picked up 2 wickets.
