Rising Stars came in to bat first & were off to a shaky start. Despite loosing a couple of wickets early on they were scoring at a healthy rate. Ahmed altaf was scoring at a good rate scoring boundaries at ease. Despite him playing beautifully the bowlers kept on picking up wickets at regular time not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Ahmed Altaf was the lone warrior as no other batsman was able to spend some time at the crease. Ahmed altaf played a sublime knock of 86 runs off 62 deliveries. Jahanzaib Razzaq lead the bowling attack picking up 3 wickets. He found good support from Uzair Akber who managed to pickup a couple of wickets as well. Rising Stars posted a total of 156 runs for the loss of 9 wickets.
Medicam Strikers came in to chase this target & were off to a shaky start. Despite loosing a couple of wickets inside the powerplay they were scoring at a healthy rate. Danish Afridi scored 25 off 11 where as Saad Sultan scored 13 off 9. Akhtar Ali scored run a ball 8 runs. Mirza Taha came in & he took the attack towards the bowlers. Mirza Taha & Nadeem Akhtar then put up a partnership of 100+ runs completely blowing away the bowling attack. Both the batsmen scored at a quick rate hitting the ball cleanly towards all parts of the ground. Mirza Taha played a fiery innings of 42 runs off 28 deliveries where as Nadeem Akhtar played a sublime knock of 68 runs off 37 deliveries taking their team over the line. Rafay Khan managed to pickup a couple of wickets. Arsalan Farooq & Aftab Hassan picked up a wicket each.
