Al Madni Textiles came in to bat first & were off to a flying start. Despite loosing a wicket early on they were scoring at a high rate. Ismail Shah & Umair Tariq put up a fiery partnership at the top. Ismail Shah departed after scoring 21 runs off 14 deliveries. Ejaz Khan came in & he played with the same intent. He too put up a partnership of 50+ runs with Umair Tariq. Ejaz Khan departed after scoring 32 runs off 21 deliveries where as Umair Tariq played a sublime knock of 75 runs off 53 deliveries. The rest of the batting lineup couldn’t do much as the bowlers kept on picking up wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Rizwan Mehmood & Rafay Khan lead the bowling lineup picking up 2 wickets each. Al Madni Textiles posted a total of 175 runs for the loss of 6 wickets.
Arsalan Sports came in to chase this target & were off to a dreadful start loosing 3 wickets inside the powerplay. Ali Butt & Obais Ullah Khan then put up a solid partnership bringing their team back into the match. Obais Ullah Khan departed after scoring 22 runs off 27 deliveries. Arsalan Amin came in & he turned the tides for his side. He took the attack towards the bowlers striking the ball cleanly towards all parts of the ground. Ali Butt departed after scoring 36 runs off 22 deliveries. Once he was dismissed the bowlers then started to assert their dominance onto the game picking up wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Despite wickets falling in clusters Arsalan Amin remained unfazed as he kept on bossing the bowlers. He played a sublime knock of 88 runs off just 47 deliveries single handedly taking his team over the line. Hazrat Zaman & Sadiq Suriya lead the bowling attack picking up 3 wickets each.
