A & B beat Steel Alhamra by 16 runs at the Moin Khan Academy this week.
Saad Tariq and Haseeb Nadeem from A & B put on a show as they made 40 from 28 and 45 from 39 respectively to push the team total to 157 in 20 overs for the loss of five wickets. Shahzaib Maqbool took two wickets while Kashif Iftikhar, Yasir Maqbool and Danish Alvi took one wicket.
Despite an inconsistent batting order, Steel Alhamra came back and managed to make 141 before the overs ran out. Hamza Jameel made 28 from 21 and Rizwan Khalid made 26 from 25. Nadeem Mushtaq took three wickets while Baber Anwar took two and Haris Alamgir and Aman Nadeem took one.
