AbuBakar Associates batted first & were off to a flying start, despite loosing a wicket early in the innings Abdullah Fazal & Obais Ullah Khan put up a partnership if 50+ runs. Abdullah Fazal played a fiery innings of 53 runs off 31 deliveries. Obais Ullah Khan played a sublime knock of 69 runs off just 35 deliveries. The bowlers then picked up wickets at regular intervals. The middle order batsmen failed to score big. Muhammad Sabir came in towards the back end of the innings & scored 32 runs off 22 deliveries. Syed Sharjeel Ahmed lead the bowlers picking up 4 wickets but went for plenty. He found good support from Owais Badar who picked up a couple of wickets. AbuBakar Associates pasted a huge total of 206 runs for the loss of 6 wickets.
Burraq Motors came in to chase down this target & never seemed to find their footings from the word go. They lost their first wicket on the first ball of the innings. The bowlers dominated through out the innings picking up wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Batsmen were completely bamboozled & had no answers to such lethal bowling. Wasif Mustafa was the lone warrior as he scored at a healthy rate. He played a fiery innings of 50 runs off 25 deliveries but was unable to find any sort of support from the other end. Muhammad Zaheer was absolutely unplayable, he ripped through the batting lineup picking up 3 wickets & giving away just 9 runs in his 4 overs. Rest of the bowlers played their part & picked up a wicket each. Burraq Motors were bowled out for 104 runs in 16.1 overs.
