Jubilee Life and Adamjee General went head to head at the all important final of the Insurance Premier League. Batting first, Jubilee Life were off to a roaring start with both openers doing well, contributing 46 and 51 runs respectively. With the foundation set the team were well on their way to a mammoth total before Adamjee bowlers struck to pull back the opposition. Inaam Khan and Jahanzeb Khan took 2 wickets each as Jubilee Life ended at 166 for 4 in 20 overs.
In response, Adamjee General were off to a disastrous start in the chase with opener Nasir Khan being dismissed for just 1 run. The team however pulled themself together with each member contributing runs effectively. Jahanzeb Khan was in prime form smashing 41 runs with Usman Siddiqui scoring 34 and a late blitz of 15 by Mansoor Ahmed lower down the order. Junaid Ansari and M. Farhan took 2 wickets each but Adamjee General chased down the target in 19.4 overs.
Adamjee General won by 3 wickets and were crowned champions.
